Product Warranty Registration

Thank you for choosing us! Registering your product ensures faster support and peace of mind. Please read the warranty terms below before submitting your registration.

Warranty Period - Your product is covered under warranty for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered - During this period, we will repair or replace (at our discretion) any defective part due to manufacturing issues under normal household use. The warranty covers:

- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Faulty electrical components (e.g., motor, heating element, control panel)
- Leaks resulting from defective seals or gaskets

What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, stains, discoloration, limescale)
- Damage from not descaling regularly as instructed
- Use of non-original accessories or spare parts
- Commercial, rental, or professional use
- Damage caused by voltage fluctuations, power surges, or incompatible power supply
