Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

This Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Latteholic – A Unit of Silveor India Pvt. Ltd. (“We”, “Our”, “Us”, or “the Company”) and the applicant (“You”, “Your”, or “Affiliate”). By enrolling in the Latteholic Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms set forth below.

Definitions

·        Affiliate: Means you individually and any business or entity through which you are applying for participation in the Latteholic Affiliate Program, and includes any employee, agent, or representative of the Affiliate.

·        Affiliate Compensation Plan: Refers to the Company document outlining the commission structure, qualification criteria, and limitations regarding Affiliate earnings.

·        Affiliate Referral Tracking Link: A unique tracking link assigned to each Affiliate that identifies them as the source of referred customers to www.latteholic.com.

·        Commission(s): Compensation paid to Affiliate for each Qualified Purchase completed by a referred customer.

·        Products and Services: Means coffee machines, accessories, and related products and services offered by Latteholic through www.latteholic.com.

·        Qualified Purchase: A fully consummated sale made by the Company to a referred customer that meets all criteria as defined in this Agreement.

·        Referred Customer: A new and unique customer referred to Latteholic through the Affiliate’s Referral Tracking Link.

·        Policies and Procedures: The official company policies governing Affiliates, which are incorporated into this Agreement.

·        Promotional Materials: Marketing assets approved by the Company that Affiliates may use to promote Latteholic products.

Term of the Agreement

The initial term of this Agreement begins upon your acceptance into the Program and continues until terminated by either party. To remain active, the Affiliate must comply with all requirements, including annual renewal and compliance with the current Policies and Procedures.

Commissions

Under the Latteholic Affiliate Program, Affiliates are eligible to earn 2% commissions for Qualified Purchases (coffee machines or accessories) by referred customers who follow the Affiliate’s unique tracking link or identify the Affiliate during purchase. Commissions are subject to the following conditions:

·        Referred customers must register or purchase through a valid tracking method.

·        No commission will be paid for self-referrals or fraudulent transactions.

·        Refunded, cancelled, or chargeback transactions are not eligible for commissions.

·        All commissions are calculated in INR and paid via the payment method registered by the Affiliate.

·        Latteholic reserves the right to withhold or deduct commissions in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.

Affiliate Obligations

·        Maintain a high standard of professionalism and integrity in all promotional activities.

·        Avoid misleading or false claims about Latteholic products or services.

·        Do not make unauthorised representations on behalf of Latteholic.

·        Comply with all applicable laws and marketing regulations.

·        Regularly review updates to the Company’s Policies and Procedures.

Payments

We will transfer your commission only when it reaches at least ₹1000, directly to your registered bank account. Payments will be processed only on Wednesdays each week, and no other payment method will be accepted.

Policies, Products, and Pricing

Latteholic reserves the right to update its Policies, Procedures, products, or pricing at any time. Affiliates must regularly check the Company’s website for updates. No claims for lost commissions due to pricing or product changes will be entertained.

Suspension or Termination

Latteholic reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Affiliate account in cases of fraud, violation of terms, or any conduct detrimental to the Company’s reputation. Any unpaid or disputed commissions may be withheld pending investigation.

Limitation of Liability

The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this Agreement or participation in the Program.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

Service of Notices

Any notices under this Agreement will be given in writing. Notices may be given by electronic mail to info@latteholic.com or support@silveorindia.com and will be deemed delivered and given for all purposes on the sent date, but only if the receiving party has confirmed its receipt by return electronic mail. Notices sent via traditional means will be sent via certified mail, return receipt requested, to:

Such notices shall be deemed effective three (3) business days after mailing if sent by certified mail, or on the date of acknowledgment if sent electronically and confirmed by the receiving party.
