12 Service Visits
An active AMC plan provides up to 12 service visits during the 1-year AMC period, subject to the applicable AMC terms.
After-Warranty Support
AMC is available for eligible machines after the standard manufacturer warranty period.

Eligible customers opting for the AMC plan may receive a Tablet at no additional cost, subject to the applicable AMC offer, eligibility and availability.
After-Warranty Service
Service visits will be chargeable at the applicable service rates.
Customers receive up to 12 service visits during the AMC period, along with the benefits covered under the AMC plan.
AMC Terms & Conditions
- AMC is available for eligible coffee machines after completion of the manufacturer's warranty period.
- The AMC is valid for 12 months from the date of activation, unless otherwise specified in the AMC agreement.
- AMC includes up to 12 service visits per year.
- Service visits include machine inspection, troubleshooting and technical solutions covered under the AMC plan.
- The regular monthly service charge is ₹2,500, while the annual AMC fee and applicable discount will be as mentioned in the approved AMC quotation.
- Replacement parts, consumables and accessories are not included in the AMC unless specifically mentioned in the AMC agreement.
- Any parts required for repair will be charged separately after customer approval.
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper installation, electrical fluctuation, external damage, water damage, pest/rodent damage or unauthorized repair may not be covered under AMC.
- The Tablet benefit is available only with eligible AMC plans and is subject to the applicable offer terms, eligibility and availability.
- The AMC is applicable only to the machine mentioned in the AMC agreement and is not transferable to another machine without written approval from Latteholic.
- Service visits are subject to technician availability and service-area coverage.
- The customer must provide reasonable access to the machine for inspection, servicing and maintenance.
- AMC does not automatically extend or renew the manufacturer's warranty.
- Any service or repair requested outside the scope of the AMC may be charged separately.
- Latteholic reserves the right to inspect the machine before activating or renewing an AMC plan.
- AMC renewal should be completed before expiry of the existing AMC to continue uninterrupted AMC benefits.
- GST and applicable taxes will be charged as per prevailing regulations.
- Final AMC pricing, service coverage, visit limits, Tablet benefit and exclusions will be confirmed in the customer's AMC agreement.
