Drips and leaks water from under the machine

Recently purchased the Delonghi dedica. Found out that there is a leak from underneath the machine. Contacted support and it's been a journey trying to figure out a solution. I requested either a refund or an exchange, as of July 12th 2025, I got neither. They have offered to send a technician to fix the issue it has been 2 days since and no technician has shown up.

Great little machine, excellent service from the retailer!

Ordered this on a whim after tracking the De’Longhi machines in India for multiple years. It’s a great machine for home use, delivering consistent espresso shots, simple to use and keep clean.

Excellent service from Latteholic as well, placed an order at 11:30am and the machine was delivered on the same day around 3pm; and was better priced than the larger e-commerce platforms!

Had a fantastic shopping experience with Latteholic. Price was much better than I got on other platforms. The box-packed machine I first received had a small stain on the body. I messaged them once and they instantly offered to replace it. No questions asked, no unnecessary negotiations with customer service etc. the staff was all extremely polite and forthcoming. I got a replacement the very next day. Overall a 10/10 experience.

Machine is good too; exceptional service from latteholic team

Within a week or so, we have had to buy a coffee grinder, milk jug, and a stirrer set, without which it was impossible for us to get a good cup of coffee.. wish these items came in the box. Other than that it has been good to use this machine, though, in retrospect investing in a better fully customizable machine would've been better for us, as we will definitely have to upgrade to a better portafilter soon.

Team at Latteholic was exceptionally helpful though, and made the process of purchasing and setting up the machine super easy.
