ORIGIN
Our lungo is made with a strong mix of Indian arabica and robustas. The medium roasted, washed Mexican Robusta has a full body, while the dark roasted Indian Arabicas give the coffee a strong bitter note and a typical Indian wood aroma.
ROASTING
Both Indian and Mexican Robustas are roasted to a medium degree, but separated by origin for more precise results. The Arabica beans are roasted darker for extra intensity.
FLAVOR PROFILE
Cape Town Envivo Lungo shows lively, spicy and aromatic woody notes with high intensity, which come from its strong Robusta beans.
